Aircraft

Runway requirements can significantly limit where fixed-wing UAVs can be deployed. To ensure maximum flexibility in real-world operations, every Aeromerican aircraft includes vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capability.

Aeromerican is proud to offer NDAA-compliant versions of all our unmanned aircraft systems.

These configurations meet the requirements of the 2024 NDAA Section 1821 American Security Drone Act, 2023 NDAA Section 817, and 2020 NDAA Section 848.

All Aeromerican UAS are also fully compliant with FAA 14 CFR Part 89 when required, featuring integrated Remote ID.

Our C3 architecture is centered on the CubePilot Herelink system, with larger platforms also compatible with the UXV Technologies SRoC family of command-and-control solutions. The Herelink system provides:

  • Stock antenna range up to 12mi
  • AES-128 Encryption
  • Ethernet passthrough
  • Waypoint mission planning
  • Network ground architecture for maximum dissemination and situational awareness
  • Full Mavlink telemetry
  • Live HD Video
  • Switchable dual HDMI input
  • Real-time aircraft map following
  • Dual operator mode for flying payloads & gimbals

All of our unmanned aircraft systems are delivered with ArduPilot fully installed, configured, tuned, and flight tested.

ArduPilot has long been the industry standard autopilot software for professional unmanned systems. Its versatility and extensive flight-proven record enable reliable performance across mission sets ranging from aerial mapping to long-range autonomous waypoint navigation. With features such as automatic takeoff, landing, and GPS-based return-to-launch, ArduPilot reduces pilot workload and enhances operational safety. Fully compatible with ATAK..

Every aircraft features 100% tool-less assembly to minimize time to launch.

Every Aeromerican unmanned aircraft system is shipped in a precision-cut, custom protective case engineered for long-term field use. These cases ensure safe delivery during shipping and provide reliable, repeatable protection during transport to and from your operating area. Durable foam inserts, impact-resistant construction, and mission-ready layout keep your UAV, batteries, and ground equipment secure—mission after mission.

Through extensive research and operational experience, we’ve selected and integrated the most capable airframes available for VTOL applications. Combined with our expert system integration, tuning, and comprehensive flight testing, these platforms deliver exceptional value and resilience.

Every aircraft is built to order and fully customizable to support your mission profile. Whether you need a blank downward-facing payload bay, a custom-fabricated mount for a unique sensor, or full integration of a commercially available payload, we tailor each system to your operational requirements.

Aeromerican platforms offer industry-leading flexibility, resilience, and mission readiness—bringing the best of modern UAV technology directly to your operation.
